Tasks
- Support customer supplier sourcing and nomination.
- Lead the supplier APQP/PPAP management.
- Support customer to improve the supplier quality performance.
- Lead to manage the serial supplier after SOP to solve quality issues.
- Support customer to do supplier cost reduction/VAVE.
- Coordination of potential supplier audit.
- Lean production improvement reports.
Qualification
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering is required.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer in the automotive industry.
- Experience in powertrain development projects, particularly Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV), is highly appreciated.
- Willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time (business trips to the EU and Asia).
- Experience with Supplier Management methodologies, including approval /qualification of new suppliers and parts.
- Ability to manage the quality process and procedure establishment.
- Experience in APQP and PPAP management.
- Experience in process and product audits. (IATF16949/VDA6.3/VDA6.5)
- Excellent command of English.
