Tasks

■ Develop and execute comprehensive project plans

■ Ensure adherence to timelines, resource allocation, and budgetary constraints

■ Lead the seamless integration of E/E systems within automotive platforms

■ Supervise the software development lifecycle, functional safety and cybersecurity protocols

■ Identify potential risks in and proactively develop mitigation strategies

■ Communicate effectively with technical teams, management, and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential challenges

■ Motivate and guide a multidisciplinary team of engineers and developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment

■ Drive innovation in automotive projects by staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends

■ Demonstrate strong management and problem-solving skills to address challenges, maintain project momentum, and achieve project goals effectively

■ Demonstrate strong selling capabilities by proposing tailored technical solutions to clients

■ Support negotiations, contract discussions, & deal closures for win-win outcomes

Qualification

■ Master's degree in Mechatronic, Vehicle Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

■ Proven Project Manager experience in automotive, specializing in E/E systems and software development

■ Strong knowledge of industry standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21448) and safety regulations

■ Strong understanding of automotive technologies, including embedded systems, communication protocols, and software architecture

■ Excellent management & communication skills, thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments

■ Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

■ Proactive risk management approach, identifying challenges and implementing effective mitigation strategies for project success

■ Business acumen and inclination to successfully maintain strong client relationships

■ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

■ Fluent English, German is a plus
