Your Tasks
- Verantwortung im 24/7-Schichtbetrieb für die komplette Abwicklung der zugeordneten Kundenaufträge in Abstimmung mit dem Prüflingsverantwortlichen
- Fachliche Führung von gewerblichen Mitarbeitern
- Schnittstelle zu internen und externen Kunden
- Koordination und Überwachung der kundenseitigen Prüfvorgaben vom Aufbau, über die Inbetriebnahme und den Dauerlauf gemäß Prüfprogramm bis hin zum Motorabbau und der dazugehörigen Berichtserstellung
- Sicherstellung von Qualität und Quantität der Motorendauerläufe sowie Prüfung der Messergebnisse auf Plausibilität
- Durchführung von Troubleshootings
- Analyse und Dokumentation von Auffälligkeiten an Prüflingen und Prüfstandstechnik
- Erstellung von Berichten, Dokumentationen, Statistiken, Logbucheinträgen etc.
Your qualification
- Abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung oder eine Ausbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker für Kraftfahrzeugtechnik
- Messtechnische Erfahrungen, wie z. B. Kalibrierung, Umgang mit Normen, statistische Grundlagen und Messunsicherheiten
- Idealerweise Führungserfahrungen im Umfeld eines Prüffeldbetriebes
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Produkten
- Eigeninitiative und Qualitätsbewusstsein, verbunden mit wirtschaftlichem Denken sowie die Fähigkeit zu klarer und zielgerichteter Kommunikation von Ergebnissen
