At our durability test center in Brehna (near Leipzig), a member of the FEV Group, we test/evaluate modern propulsion systems for passenger cars regarding durability and function. The high efficient operation of our test center is ensured at 365 days and around the clock (24 hours), by over 300 highly qualified and motivated employees, using state-of-the art testing and control technologies.
Your Tasks
- Projektsteuerung von A bis Z: Du verantwortest die komplette Abwicklung der dir zugeordneten Kundenaufträge.
- Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe: Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen internen Teams und externen Kunden und stellst einen reibungslosen Datentransfer sicher.
- Technische Koordination: Du überwachst die kundenseitigen Prüfvorgaben beim Aufbau, der Inbetriebnahme, im Prüfbetrieb und während der Motorabrüstung – inklusive Berichterstellung.
- Problemlöser mit Tiefgang: Bei Störungen führst du komplexe Ursachenanalysen durch – gemeinsam mit unseren Prüfstandsingenieuren.
- Analytiker & Dokumentierer: Du erstellst Datenauswertungen, Berichte, Dokumentationen und Statistiken zur Plausibilisierung der Testergebnisse.
- Innovator im Team: Du entwickelst Prozesse, Strukturen und Standards weiter und setzt sie gemeinsam mit deinen Kollegen um.
Your qualification
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
Alternativ: Ausbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker (m/w/d) für Kraftfahrzeugtechnik/Elektrotechnik - Erste Berufserfahrungen im Prüfstands- und/oder Motorenbereich von Vorteil
- Teamgeist, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
- Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung und zum aktiven Wissenstransfer im Team
