Your tasks
- Koordination und Begleitung des mechanischen und elektrischen Aufbaus sowie der Vorbereitung von Batterie-Speichersystemen für Prüfstandsuntersuchungen
- Ableitung und Überführung von kundenspezifischen Prüfvorgaben in FEV-Standards
- Begleitung des Einbaus und der Inbetriebnahme von Batterie-Speichersystemen im Prüfstand
- Planung und Steuerung der Prüfstandsuntersuchungen an Batterie Modulen und Gesamtsystemen in Sicherheitsräumen (Dauerlauf-, Mechanik-, Umwelt- und Missbrauchsuntersuchungen)
- Bereitstellung von Messprogrammen nach Kundenvorgabe, Normen, FEV-Standard etc.
- Koordination der abteilungsübergreifenden Lösungsfindung bei Problemen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Testanforderungen der Kunden sowie aus internationalen Normen und FEV-Standards
- Auswertung von Messergebnissen und Erstellung von Datenauswertungen zur Analyse und Plausibilisierung der Testprogramme
- Kontinuierliches Monitoring der kaufmännischen Vorgänge sowie stetiger Abgleich der aktuellen Planung mit der initialen Kalkulation der Projekte
Your qualification
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Energie- oder Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Fahrzeugtechnik, Physik oder vergleichbar)
- Erfahrung in der Batterietestung, im Versuchswesen oder in der Entwicklung von Energiespeichersystemen von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in Prüf- und Messtechnik, Datenanalyse sowie relevanten Softwaretools
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Begeisterung für innovative Technologien
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
