The high efficient operation of our test center is ensured at 365 days and around the clock (24 hours), by over 300 highly qualified and motivated employees, using state-of-the art testing and control technologies.
Your Tasks
Unterstützung beim Hochladen von Vertragsdokumenten auf eine Management-Plattform
Abgleich und Ergänzung von Laufwerken mit den entsprechenden Listen sowie der Management-Plattform
Abgleich manueller Ordner sowie Digitalisierung der Vertragsunterlagen
Datenkontrolle und gegebenenfalls Ergänzung bzw. Korrektur
Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben im Einkauf
Your qualification
Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen Abläufen, insbesondere im Bereich Einkauf
Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel)
Kommunikationsfreude und Teamfähigkeit
Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
