At our durability test center in Brehna (near Leipzig), a member of the FEV Group, we test/evaluate modern propulsion systems for passenger cars regarding durability and function. The high efficient operation of our test center is ensured at 365 days and around the clock (24 hours), by over 300 highly qualified and motivated employees, using state-of-the art testing and control technologies.
Your Tasks
- Zu den Aufgaben zählt der mechanische und elektrische bzw. elektronische Aufbau (Applikation von Messstellen) der Prüflinge auf Paletten-Systeme in der Aufbauwerkstatt inkl. spezieller Anpassungen
- Einbringung der aufgerüsteten Prüflinge in die Prüfstände, anschließen und plausibilisieren die Messtechnik
- Durchführung der mechanischen Inbetriebnahme mit dem Prüfstandbetreuer, inklusive gegebenenfalls einer strukturierten elektrischen bzw. elektronischen Fehlersuche beim Erststart
- Einbau und Funktionskontrolle von Motor-, Abgas-, Indizier-, Durchflussmesstechnik, etc. auch während des Prüflaufes
- Beseitigung von Störungen und selbstständige, engagierte und systematische Fehlersuche
- Service-Arbeiten an Prüflingen im Dauerlaufbetrieb
Your qualification
- Eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung z.B. als Kfz-Mechaniker bzw. Mechatroniker oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Erste Berufserfahrungen im Prüfstandsbetrieb, im Motorenaufbau sowie im Bereich Verbrennungsmotoren von Vorteil
- Elektrische sowie Schweißkenntnisse
- Flexibilität, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und Selbstständigkeit
- Bereitschaft Dein Wissen durch permanente Weiterbildung auszubauen und die gewonnen Erfahrungen in das Team einzubringen
