At our durability test center in Brehna (near Leipzig), a member of the FEV Group, we test/evaluate modern propulsion systems for passenger cars regarding durability and function. The high efficient operation of our test center is ensured at 365 days and around the clock (24 hours), by over 300 highly qualified and motivated employees, using state-of-the art testing and control technologies.
Your Tasks
- Übernahme der Leitung des Teams für integrierte Managementsysteme im Shared Service für das FEV Dauerlaufprüfzentrum und das FEV eDLP
- Beratung der Geschäftsführung in allen Belangen rund um Qualitäts- und Umweltmanagement sowie Arbeitssicherheit
- Sicherstellung der Aufrechterhaltung der Managementsystem nach DIN EN ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 und DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 sowie Verantwortung für die Informationssicherheit nach TISAX
- Einführung eines Energiemanagementsystem nach ISO 50001 für beide Standorte
- Durchführung von internen Audits an den eigenen und anderen Standorten des Konzerns
- Überwachung der Software ConSense als zentrales System zur Dokumentation, Auditierung, Maßnahmenverfolgung und Qualifikationsüberwachung
- Unterstützung des Laborleiters bei der Aufrechterhaltung und Erweiterung des Labors nach DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 und für eine erfolgreiche Absolvierung der System- und Fachbegutachtung
- Beratung unserer Kunden und des Vertriebs über die Bedeutung der ISO 17025 innerhalb des Labors
- Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei der erfolgreichen Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen und bist Schnittstelle zum Kunden
- Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden und Partnern
Your qualification
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Maschinenbau, Messtechnik, Elektrotechnik, Umwelttechnik oder Mechatronik
- Berufserfahrung als QM-Leiter, QM-Beauftragter, o. ä.
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Produkten, vorrangig Tabellenkalkulation mit Excel
- Eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamgeist
