Your tasks
- Aufbau und Vorbereitung verschiedener Batteriespeichersysteme von Elektrofahrzeugen für Missbrauchsuntersuchungen
- Einbau von Li-Ionen-Speichersystemen in den Prüfstand und Inbetriebnahme sowie Validierung von Messtechnik
- Durchführung von Missbrauchsuntersuchungen an Li-Ionen-Zellmodulen und Gesamtsystemen in Sicherheitsräumen, insb. von
- Feuerbeständigkeitstests
- Quetsch-, Fall-, Einschlag- und Drucktests
- Propagationstests
- Überladungstests
- In- und externe Kurzschlusstests
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Test- und Sicherheitsanforderungen gem. internationaler Normen und Standards
- Auswertung von Messergebnissen und Erstellung von Testberichten
- Reparatur, Wartung und Reinigung von Prüfaufbauten sowie von Test- und Sicherheitsräumen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
Your qualification
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker, Mechatroniker, Instandhaltungs- bzw. Konstruktionsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung für Arbeiten unter Spannung (AuS) wünschenswert, alternativ Bereitschaft, diese Ausbildung zu absolvieren
- Idealerweise erste Praxiserfahrung im Umgang mit Li-Ionen-Batterien
- Sicherer Umgang mit mechanischen und elektrischen Arbeiten, z. B. Schrauben, Bohren, Löten etc.
- Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Qualitätsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
