YOUR ROLE

Analyze markets, technologies, competitors, products, and value chains to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic implications for clients.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including expert interviews, data analysis, benchmarking, and business case development.
Translate complex technical and market information into clear, actionable insights for client decision-makers.
Support the development of growth strategies, market entry plans, innovation roadmaps, technology strategies, and new business concepts.
Prepare compelling client presentations, reports, and workshops that communicate key messages with clarity and impact.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, consultants, and external experts across India and global FEV locations.
Contribute to project management activities, including work planning, progress tracking, meeting preparation, and quality assurance of deliverables.

YOUR PROFILE

Master's degree in business administration, industrial or mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, energy systems engineering, or a related field
At least 4-6 years of relevant experience in a top-tier consulting firm or a strategy role in industry, or a PhD including relevant professional experience
Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic and ambiguous environments and across different cultures and industries
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with measurable impact, strategic thinking skills, and attention to detail as well as a high level of creativity
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong proficiency in AI-tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, and agentic AI development
Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English
Ability to lead small teams and collaborate across functions
Proven track record of working on complex strategic problems with measurable impact
Passion for mobility and energy topics, future technologies and innovative products
