At our durability test center in Brehna (near Leipzig), a member of the FEV Group, we test/evaluate modern propulsion systems for passenger cars regarding durability and function. The high efficient operation of our test center is ensured at 365 days and around the clock (24 hours), by over 300 highly qualified and motivated employees, using state-of-the art testing and control technologies.
Your Tasks
- Mechanischer und elektrischer bzw. elektronischer Aufbau (Applikation von Messstellen) von Motoren (Prüflinge) auf Palettensysteme in unserer Aufbauwerkstatt inkl. spezieller Anpassungen
- Durchführung der Vorprüfung aufgerüsteter Motoren (Prüflinge)
- Einbringung aufgerüsteter Motoren (Prüflinge) in den Prüfstand
- Durchführung mechanischer Inbetriebnahmen - ggf. inkl. strukturierter elektrischer bzw. elektronischer Fehlersuche beim Erststart
- Betreuung des Einbaus und Funktionskontrolle während des Dauerlaufes von Motor-, Abgas-, Indizier- und Durchflussmesstechnik etc.
- Überwachung des Betriebs bei Prüfstandsläufen
- Prüfung der Messergebnisse auf Plausibilität
- Beseitigung von Störungen, unter anderem durch selbstständige, engagierte und systematische Fehlersuche
- Übernahme von Servicearbeiten an Motoren (Prüflingen) im Dauerlaufbetrieb für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
Your qualification
- Eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als (Kfz-)Elektroniker (m/w/d), oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrungen im Prüfstandsbetrieb und Motoraufbau
- Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Verbrennungsmotoren und Getriebe wünschenswert
- Gute Schweißkenntnisse
- Flexibilität, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und Selbstständigkeit
- Bereitschaft, das eigene Wissen durch permanente Weiterbildung auszubauen und die gewonnenen Erfahrungen in unser Team einzubringen
