What you will do:


Project support:

  • Accountable for accuracy & timely delivery of all project & management estimates, reports & forecasts for costs, revenue, billing & schedules on allocated projects
  • Cost management and control
  • Support Project Managers in managing and maximizing project margins
  • Actively participates in project review meetings. Provides clear, accurate project assessments and gives proactive advice to drive successful project completion.
  • Responsible for project control procedures compliance on allocated project
  • Performs project cost risk analysis, develops project contingency budgets
  • Purchase order management
  • Hands on support in classical Project management e.g. Powerpoint presentation set-up, Excel tooling, etc.
  • Participation to meetings and consolidation and sharing of meeting minutes

Department support:

  • Travel planning & travel expense accounting for designated stakeholders within the maidepartment. Travel expense accounting
  • Client contact with own dedicated tasks
  • Ad-hoc report preparation (e.g. project evolution , budget status etc.)
  • Organization of internal and external meetings



Job requirements:


  • Advance skills on project cost control activities in project business environment\
  • Working background in corporate projects as project assistant or team assistant
  • University degree Education in Finance/Economics, Social Sciences or Engineering
  • MS Office & SAP
  • Finance & cash flow – concepts, processes, planned, actual, forecast
  • English Language required
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of cost estimating, tracking and control
  • Good knowledge of contracts
  • Communication skills – oral, written, presentation
  • Proactive, helpful, constructive
  • Integrity & open communication

German language would be a plus
