YOUR ROLE
- Lead and manage cost controlling, financial performance, and business planning projects for international clients.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, project controlling, and profitability management across Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations functions.
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks, KPIs, and reporting structures.
- Identify cost drivers, financial risks, and optimization opportunities to improve business performance.
- Advise senior management and executive stakeholders on strategic and operational financial decisions.
- Lead the preparation of management reports, executive presentations, and business cases.
- Drive financial transparency and performance monitoring throughout transformation programs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development activities.
- Support proposal development, project acquisition, and the expansion of FEV Consulting’s Cost & Value Management capabilities
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in Cost Controlling, FP&A, Project Controlling, Performance Management, or Management Consulting, preferably in automotive industry or industrial products.
- Proven experience leading projects and managing client relationships in consulting, automotive, manufacturing, industrial, or technology environments.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business performance management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable recommendations from complex data.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI and analytics tools is an advantage.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a structured and results-oriented approach.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are considered an advantage
- Willingness to travel if required by client engagements
