As a technology based company that is nationally as well internationally connected, we work on the development of a vehicle's body structure, external mounting parts, the interior, the chassis, the powertrain and lights. In the process of that the latest development tools and methods in the fields of construction, simulation and trial are being used.

Your tasks

  • Selbstständige Konstruktion und Entwicklung von Komponenten­gruppen für Verbrennungsmotoren oder Fahrzeugantriebsbatterien
  • Führung eines Teams von 2–3 Designer*innen und 2-3 Bauteilverantwortliche
  • Durchführung weiterer Tätigkeiten wie Reporting, Lieferantenmanagement, DFM, DFA, ETRS sowie verwandte Aufgaben
  • Überwachung der Projekt- bzw. Aufgabenlieferergebnisse, Pflege der Kundenbeziehung und Sicherstellung der Qualität der Arbeitsergebnisse

Your qualification

  • Fundiertes Know-how in der Entwicklung von Verbrennungsmotoren oder Batterien
  • Ausgezeichnete Konstruktionsfähigkeiten in 2D und 3D
  • Vertraut mit „Managementaufgaben“ wie Reporting, Überwachung von Projektergebnissen sowie Lieferantenmanagement
  • Fähigkeit zu erkennen, wann Anleitung oder Unterstützung erforderlich ist; proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte „Getting-things-done“-Mentalität
  • Kenntnisse in konstruktionsnahen Themen über CAD hinaus: DFM / DFA, FMEA, ETRS etc.
