In the process of that the latest development tools and methods in the fields of construction, simulation and trial are being used.
Your tasks
- Eigenständige Leitung von Konstruktion und Entwicklung von Verbrennungsmotoren oder Fahrzeugantriebsbatterien
- Leitung und Koordination des gesamten Teams aus bis zu ca. 15 CGR*, BTV und Konstrukteuren
- Steuerung zusätzlicher Aktivitäten wie Reporting, Lieferantenmanagement, DFM, DFA, ETRS etc.
- Überwachung von Projektbudget, Aufgabenergebnissen, Kundenbeziehungen und Gesamtqualität der Arbeitsergebnisse
- Gesamtverantwortung für die gesamte Dokumentation und Berichterstattung
- Finale Serienfreigabe der Komponenten
Your qualification
- Fundiertes Know-how in der Entwicklung von Verbrennungsmotoren (ICE) oder Fahrzeugantriebsbatterien
- Ausgezeichnete Konstruktionsfähigkeiten in 2D und 3D
- Vertraut mit „Managementaufgaben“ wie Reporting, Überwachung von Projektergebnissen sowie Lieferantenmanagement
- Fähigkeit zu erkennen, wann Anleitung oder Unterstützung erforderlich ist; proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte „Getting-things-done“-Mentalität
- Kenntnisse in konstruktionsnahen Themen über CAD hinaus: DFM / DFA, FMEA, ETRS etc.
