Tasks
- Du übernimmst die Standardisierung und das Rollout eines einheitlichen TISAX-Abfrageprozesses im Shared Service
- Du stellst die Informationssicherheits-Compliance entlang der Lieferkette sicher
- Du bist zuständig für die systematische Validierung von Lieferanten-Nachweisen (TISAX, ISO 27001, interner Cyber-Security-Fragebogen)
- Du gewährleistest Transparenz über den Reifegrad der Informationssicherheit relevanter Lieferanten
- Du fungierst als enge Schnittstelle zum ISMS zur Risikoidentifikation und -bewertung
- Du leistest einen Beitrag zur Reduktion von Cyber- und Compliance-Risiken auf Unternehmensebene
Qualification
- Du befindest Dich in einem laufenden Bachelorstudium, idealerweise in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder etwas vergleichbarem
- Du arbeitest analytisch und strukturiert mit hoher Prozess- und Qualitätsorientierung
- Du verfügst über ein Grundverständnis für Informationssicherheit, Compliance oder Risikomanagement
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte prägnant aufzubereiten und managementtauglich zu dokumentieren
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Du zeigst stets eine hohe Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und Umsetzungsstärke
- Du arbeitest sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab
