At our durability test center in Brehna (near Leipzig), a member of the FEV Group, we test/evaluate modern propulsion systems for passenger cars regarding durability and function. The high efficient operation of our test center is ensured at 365 days and around the clock (24 hours), by over 300 highly qualified and motivated employees, using state-of-the art testing and control technologies.
Your Tasks
- Führung & Entwicklung: Sie leiten ein engagiertes Projektingenieur-Team und fördern dessen fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung.
- Projektsteuerung: Von der Auftragserteilung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss – Sie stellen sicher, dass alle Projekte technisch und kommerziell reibungslos laufen.
- Kommunikation: Sie koordinieren tägliche Abstimmungsrunden mit Projektverantwortlichen und Kunden und sorgen für klare Strukturen.
- Controlling & Reporting: Sie bereiten Abrechnungsdaten vor, plausibilisieren Kraftstoff- und Stromverbräuche und behalten Budgets im Blick.
- Dokumentation: Sie verantworten die Erstellung von Leistungsnachweisen und den korrekten Auftragsabschluss – intern wie extern.
Your qualification
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im operativen Projektmanagement und in der Mitarbeiterführung
- Technisches Verständnis für mechanische und/oder elektrische Antriebe
- Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Entscheidungsstärke und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke, Konfliktlösungskompetenz und unternehmerisches Denken
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
