Your tasks
- Mechanischer Aufbau von Hochvoltspeichern (HVS) und Batteriemodulen auf spezifische Palettensysteme.
- Sicherstellung der Prüflingshardware: Kontrolle auf Vollständigkeit aller Komponenten (z. B. Speicher, Kabel, Stecker) sowie Abstimmung mit dem zuständigen Projektingenieur zu technischen Unterlagen (z. B. Stromlauf- und Anschlusspläne).
- Durchführung von Eingangstests an HV-Systemen (z. B. Isolationsprüfung, Spannungsfestigkeitstest) bis zur ersten Inbetriebnahme:
- Schalten von Schützen
- Prüfung der CAN-Kommunikation
- Auslesen und ggf. Analyse von Fehlerspeichern
- Verkabelung von LV/HV-Anschlüssen
- Auswertung technischer Daten
- Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme von Batteriemodulen inklusive:
- Verkabelung mit dem Batteriemanagementsystem (TBMS)
- Kommunikations- und Funktionsprüfung der Zellspannungen auf Vollständigkeit und Plausibilität
- Dichtigkeitsprüfung von Gehäusen und Kühlsystemen mit verschiedenen Messsystemen.
- 3D-Vermessung von Hochvoltspeichern mittels Scantechnologie.
- Konfektionierung und Kennzeichnung von Hochvolt- und Niedervolt-Kabeln gemäß technischer Spezifikation.
- Dokumentation Ihrer Arbeit in den entsprechenden Systemen (z. B. Checklisten).
Your qualification
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung bevorzugt als Elektriker, aber auch als Mechatroniker, Elektroniker, Instandhaltungs- bzw. Konstruktionsmechatroniker (m/w/d) oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Routine in der Durchführung mechanischer und vor allem elektrischer Arbeiten, z. B. Schrauben, Bohren, Löten etc.
- Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Li-Ionen Batterien sind von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Messtechnik und CAN-Kommunikation
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen EDV-Systemen und MS-Office Produkten
- Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
