At our durability test center in Brehna (near Leipzig), a member of the FEV Group, we test/evaluate modern propulsion systems for passenger cars regarding durability and function. The high efficient operation of our test center is ensured at 365 days and around the clock (24 hours), by over 300 highly qualified and motivated employees, using state-of-the art testing and control technologies.
Your Tasks
Im Rahmen des Shared Service für die Standorte DLP (Brehna) und eDLP (Sandersdorf) verantworten Sie folgende Aufgaben:
- Weiterentwicklung und Einhaltung von Standards, Richtlinien, Kennzahlen im Rahmen des Umweltmanagementsystems nach DIN EN ISO 14001
- Einführung und laufende Betreuung eines Energiemanagementsystems nach ISO 50001
- Analyse und Optimierung von Energieverbräuchen in Gebäuden, Anlagen und Prozessen
- Implementierung und Aufrechterhaltung eines Rechtskatasters
- Durchführung von Schulungen und Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen für Mitarbeitende
- Erstellung von Umwelt- und Energieberichten für die Geschäftsführung und den Mutterkonzern sowie für die Kommunikation mit Behörden und externen Partnern
- Durchführung von Managementreviews
- Planung und Durchführung von internen und externen Audits
- Unterstützung in der Dokumentenpflege im Team
Your qualification
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Umweltmanagement, Energiemanagement, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrungen im Rahmen der ISO 14001 oder ISO 50001 wären wünschenswert
- Fähigkeit zur klaren Kommunikation
- Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und gesetzlicher Vorgaben (z. B. EnEV, EEG, ISO-Normen)
- Analytisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und Kommunikationsstärke
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise mit Energiemanagement-Software
