Your tasks
- Übersetzung kundenspezifischer Angaben in FEV - eigene Automatisierungssysteme und entsprechende Anpassung für Prüfstandsuntersuchungen an Batteriespeichersystemen
- Inbetriebnahme der Prüfläufe in Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektingenieuren sowie daran beteiligter Personen und Kunden
- Einrichtung, Bedatung und Konfiguration von Prüfstandsautomatisierungssystemen (inklusive Testvorbereitung und -erstellung)
- Einbindung typischer Prüfstandsmesssysteme in die Automatisierung und Konfiguration (z. B. CAN)
- Unterstützung in den Projekten im Bereich Hard- und Software für Steuergeräte (z. B. ETAS INCA, Vector, CANalyzer, CANoe)
- Vorbereitung der Applikationshardware zur Kommunikation zwischen dem Applikationsrechner und dem Batteriemanagementsystem
- Aktive Fehlersuche am Prüfstand und Prüfling sowie Störungsbehebung
- Einhaltung von Test- und Sicherheitsanforderungen entsprechend internationaler Normen und Standards
Your qualification
- Studium im Fachbereich Informatik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, oder Hochschulabschluss der Fachrichtung Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik oder Mechatronik
- Erste Erfahrung in der Prüfstandsautomatisierung
- Kenntnisse in Skript- und Programmiersprachen, z. B. C#
- Know-how in der Kommunikation von Steuergeräten, Messtechnik und CAN-Kommunikation
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Produkten
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft sowie eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
