Tasks
- Du bist zuständig für die Verbuchung und Bearbeitung von Eingangsrechnungen im Buchhaltungssystem
- Du überprüfst Rechnungen auf Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit
- Du überwachst die Freigaben und den Workflow
- Du übernimmst die Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Überwachen von Zahlungen
- Du bist zuständig für die Klärung und Überwachung offener Posten und Abwicklung des Mahnwesens
- Du unterstützt bei internen und externen Audits
- Du wirkst bei der Optimierung von Prozessen mit
- Du kontierst und buchst Rechnungen eigenständig und entscheidest über Zahlungsfreigaben innerhalb vorgegebener Rahmen
Qualification
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Buchführung nach HGB
- Du kannst bereits 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbarer Position vorweisen
- Du verfügst über Erfahrungen mit verschiedenen ERP-Systemen, insbesondere SAP, sowie über sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sind sehr gut
- Du arbeitest stets genau und eigenständig und prüfst Deine Tätigkeiten kritisch
