Tasks
- You strengthen the Legal Department team
- You independently advise on legal issues arising within the company
- You independently advise and support the company's operational units on a wide range of legal matters
- You review, draft and negotiate contracts, including those with an international dimension
- You contribute to training on legal aspects for the various divisions of the company You also contribute to defining the legal parameters within the company
- If necessary, you support the Compliance and Data Protection team within the Legal Department.
Qualification
- You are a fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with outstanding German state exams with a focus on contract and commercial law or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you will have more than one year of relevant work experience in an international company or international law firm
- You have a comprehensive knowledge of civil, commercial and contract law, as well as M&A and IP
- You also have knowledge of compliance and data protection (This is advantageous)
- You are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken, and have very good IT skills
- You own diplomatic skills and you are assertive in negotiations
- You are results-oriented and have a pragmatic approach to organising your work
- You have a high level of flexibility, commitment and resilience
- You are a team player, but also an independent and self-reliant person
