Your tasks
- Übernahme der Verantwortung für die fachliche Führung unseres Bereiches Elektrik und Service
- Planung des Personaleinsatzes in Abstimmung mit Ihrem Teamleiter
- Koordination externer Dienstleister
- Zuständigkeit für die Behebung von Störfällen und Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebsablaufes
- Mitwirkung an Optimierungs- und Kostenverbesserungsprozessen sowie Neubauprojekten in Bezug auf alle relevanten Fachbereichsthemen
- Bedarfsermittlung sowie Bestellung von Ersatz- und Verbrauchsmaterialien
- Übernahme der Verantwortung für einen wirtschaftlichen Einsatz verfügbarer Ressourcen
- Kontrolle und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller sicherheitstechnischen Anforderungen
Your qualification
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Meister bzw. staatlich geprüften Techniker (m/w/d) oder Studienabschluss als Ingenieur der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Hochvolt- und Prüfstandstechnik
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft sowie eine qualitätsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
