Tasks
- Du befasst dich mit der Weiterentwicklung des 3D-Simulationsansatzes (CFD) zur Berechnung der Partikelströmung beim Thermal Runaway von Lithium-Ionen Batterien und trägst so zur Sicherheit von Batteriesystemen bei
- Du entwickelst dazu einen diskrete Elemente Ansatz (DEM) für große Partikel
- Du testest deinen Ansatz zunächst in einem Ersatzmodell, bevor du ihn in das bestehende Modell integrierst
- Du definierst benötigten Input zur Bedatung deines Modells und schlägst Validierungsmöglichkeiten vor
- Du dokumentierst deinen Fortschritt und stellst diesen regelmäßig vor, um dein Modell sukzessive zu optimieren
Qualification
- Du studierst Maschinenbau, Computational Engineering Science, Energietechnik, Fahrzeugtechnik o. Ä.
- Du hast Interesse an numerischer Strömungssimulation (CFD)
- Du kannst praktische CFD-Erfahrung vorweisen und hast idealerweise bereits mit Star-CCM+ gearbeitet
- Du bist motiviert, dich in ein komplexes Thema einzuarbeiten
- Du arbeitest eigenständig, gewissenhaft und strukturiert
