At our durability test center in Brehna (near Leipzig), a member of the FEV Group, we test/evaluate modern propulsion systems for passenger cars regarding durability and function. The high efficient operation of our test center is ensured at 365 days and around the clock (24 hours), by over 300 highly qualified and motivated employees, using state-of-the art testing and control technologies.
Your Tasks
- Durchführung allgemeiner Elektroinstallationen im Dauerlaufprüfzentrum
- Lasteinrichtung unserer Prüfstände (Umrichter)
- Fehlersuche und Instandsetzung der Technik im Prüfstand (Reparatur und Service)
- Aufbau von Hilfseinrichtungen zur Durchführung von Prüfungen (kleine Schaltschränke, Verkabelung oder Dokumentation)
- Abnahme von Hybrid- und Elektroprüfaufbauten sowie Frei- und Zuschaltung von Batteriesimulationen (bis 1.500 V) gemeinsam mit einem Kollegen (m/w/d)
Your qualification
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Elektriker bzw. Elektroniker (m/w/d), oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung elektrischer und/oder elektronischer Geräte bzw. Anlagen sowie mechanischer Systeme
- Berechtigung für Arbeiten an Hochvoltsystemen wünschenswert
- Technisches Grundverständnis sowie Know-how bzgl. NIDEC-Umrichtern oder Bereitschaft, es sich anzueignen
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Produkten, vorrangig Tabellenkalkulation mit Excel
- Strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit, Selbstständigkeit, Flexibilität sowie Einsatzbereitschaft
- Bereitschaft, eigenes Wissen durch permanente Weiterbildung auszubauen und gewonnene Erfahrungen aktiv in das Team einzubringen, sowie an unserer wochenweisen Rufbereitschaft teilzunehmen
