At our durability test center in Brehna (near Leipzig), a member of the FEV Group, we test/evaluate modern propulsion systems for passenger cars regarding durability and function. The high efficient operation of our test center is ensured at 365 days and around the clock (24 hours), by over 300 highly qualified and motivated employees, using state-of-the art testing and control technologies.
Your Tasks
- Du betreust im Shared Service unsere beiden Standorte in Sandersdorf-Brehna (FEV Dauerlaufprüfzentrum GmbH und FEV eDLP GmbH)
- Du unterstützt Deine Kollegen in allen Fragen des IT-Supports und bei der Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen
- Deine Aufgaben beinhalten zudem die Installation, Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit und das Troubleshooting von Hard- und Software im Gesamtunternehmen (Prüfstand sowie Büroarbeitsplätze)
- Du arbeitest interne Kundenaufträge aus unserem Ticketsystem ab und sorgst für kontinuierliche Serviceoptimierung
Your qualification
- Du befindest Dich im Studium (Schwerpunkt IT), in der Berufsausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Systemintegration, IT-System-Management, als IT-Systemelektroniker oder Du bist Quereinsteiger
- Du findest IT spannend – zum Beispiel die Systemadministration von Hard- und Software
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Produkten
- Du möchtest Kenntnisse in der Administration von Windows-Servern sammeln
- Du bringst gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
- Zu Deinen Charakterstärken zählen Engagement, Selbstständigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Dich zeichnen Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit aus
- Dein Profil passt nicht ganz mit den oben genannten Anforderungen überein - kein Problem - mit uns kannst Du Dich jederzeit weiterentwickeln
