Your Tasks
- Assist the Global Enterprise Architect in defining and maintaining FEV's enterprise architecture framework, principles, standards, and best practices.
- Analyze the current state of FEV's business processes, applications, data, and technology and identify gaps, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and document the target state of FEV's enterprise architecture, including the future vision, roadmap, and transition plan.
- Contribute to the development and execution of FEV's enterprise architecture governance process, ensuring compliance and alignment with the enterprise architecture framework and principles.
- Communicate and promote the value and benefits of the enterprise architecture to various stakeholders, including senior management, business units, and IT teams.
- Collaborate with project teams and solution architects to ensure that the proposed solutions are consistent and compatible with the enterprise architecture.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies and trends that may support or enhance FEV's enterprise architecture.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other IT staff and business users.
Your qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or IT consulting.
- Knowledge and understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies, and tools, such as TOGAF, Zachman, or ArchiMate.
- Experience of working with LeanIX is desirable.
- Experience in designing and implementing enterprise solutions using various technologies, such as cloud, web, data, and integration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business and IT needs.
