Tasks
- Du leitest nationale und internationale M&A- und Kooperations-Projekte
- Du führst Marktscreenings durch, leitest M&A-Strategien ab und identifizierst M&A-Targets in Koordination mit FEV-Geschäftsbereichen
- Du wirkst bei der strategischen Portfoliosteuerung und dem FEV Corporate Controlling mit
- Du analysierst Geschäftsprozesse, identifizierst Verbesserungspotenzial und initiierst Steuerungsmaßnahmen
- Du erstellst Unternehmensanalysen, Planungsrechnungen, Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen sowie Unternehmensbewertungen inklusive der Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Du bist zuständig für die interne und externe Organisation, Koordination und Durchführung von Due Diligence Prüfungen
- Du gestaltest und verhandelst vertragliche Transaktionsdokumente für die kommerzielle Gestaltung
- Du arbeitest Integrationskonzepte sowie Steuerung von Post-Merger Integrationsaktivitäten aus
- Du erstellst Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für FEV Gremien Sitzungen
Qualification
- Du besitzt ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder ein vergleichbares Studium, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Finance/ Controlling
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich M&A/ Corporate Finance/ Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Unternehmensentwicklung/ Group Controlling mit
- Du hast Erfahrungen im Automobil- oder Energiemarkt. Dazugehörige Technologietrends zu kennen ist von Vorteil
- Du verfügst über stark ausgeprägte Analysekompetenzen sowie die Fähigkeit zur Komplexitätsreduktion und Ableitung strategischer Handlungsalternativen
- Du bringst verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
- Du besitzt hervorragende MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere zur Erstellung von Finanzmodellen und Präsentationen
- Du hast eine selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise im Team
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten auf Managementebene
