Your tasks
- Einbau und Inbetriebnahme von Batterie-Speichersystemen im Prüfstand sowie die Validierung von Messtechnik
- Durchführung von Prüfuntersuchungen an Batterie-Zellmodulen und Gesamtsystemen in Sicherheitsräumen (Dauerlauf-, Mechanik-, und Umweltuntersuchungen)
- Beachtung der Einhaltung von Test- und Sicherheitsanforderungen aus internationalen Normen und Standards
- Auswertung von Messergebnissen und die Erstellung von Test- sowie Prüflaufsberichten
- Erstellung der Dokumentation von Prüflingen nach dem Prüfstandslauf
- Reparatur, Wartung und Reinigung von Prüfaufbauten und Testräumen
Your qualification
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker, Elektroniker, Instandhaltungs- bzw. Konstruktionsmechatroniker (m/w/d) oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Routine in der Durchführung mechanischer und vor allem elektrischer Arbeiten, z. B. Schrauben, Bohren, Löten etc.
- Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Batterien-Speichersystemen ist von Vorteil
- Idealerweise bestehen Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Messtechnik und CAN-Kommunikation
- Die Bedienung von EDV-Systemen gehört zum Arbeitsalltag
- Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Arbeiten in unserem attraktiven Konti-Schichtmodell, mit:
- einer 4,2 Tage Woche, verbunden mit einem ausgeklügelten Schichtsystem
- mehreren freien Tagen in Folge zwischen den Schichten
