Your tasks
- Erstbegutachtung und Vorbereitung von HV-Batterien für Prüfstandsuntersuchungen
- Inbetriebnahme von Speichersystemen im Prüfstand und Validierung der Messtechnik
- Durchführung diverser Prüfuntersuchungen an Batteriemodulen und Gesamtsystemen in Sicherheitsräumen (Dauerlauf-, Mechanik- und Umweltuntersuchungen)
- Beachtung der Einhaltung von Test- und Sicherheitsanforderungen, entsprechend internationaler Normen und Standards
- Fehlersuche bei Auffälligkeiten am Testobjekt oder der Prüftechnik und entsprechende Dokumentation sowie Reparatur
- Durchführung der Befundung und Dokumentation von Prüflingen nach Testende und Auswertung der Messergebnisse
Your qualification
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker, Elektroniker, staatlich geprüfter Techniker, Instandhaltungs- bzw. Konstruktionsmechatroniker (m/w/d) oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Batterien-Speichersystemen sind von Vorteil
- Eventuell ist eine Ausbildung für Arbeiten unter Spannung vorhanden, oder Sie kann bei uns erworben werden
- Idealerweise bestehen erste Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Messtechnik und CAN-Kommunikation
- Die Bedienung von EDV-Systemen gehört zum Arbeitsalltag
- Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Qualitätsorientierte sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
