Your tasks
- Führung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden der Fachabteilung Projektmanagement, bestehend aus Projektleitung, Software-Applikation, Berichtswesen und Planung
- Kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung, um eine konsistente, effiziente und effektive Projektbearbeitung sicherzustellen
- Sicherstellung der Ressourcenallokation und des Budgetmanagements für die Projekte sowie Kostenstellencontrolling
- Analyse und Steuerung der Kennzahlen für Auslastung, Qualität und Termintreue (KPI-Verfolgung)
- Personalauswahl, -einsatzplanung und -entwicklung
- Kommunikation insbesondere an den Schnittstellen zu den relevanten Fachbereichen auf verschiedenen Ebenen, um die Projektziele und -fortschritte zu vermitteln
- Repräsentation des Bereichs in Kundenterminen und internen Steuerkreisen
- Berichtslinie direkt an die Betriebsleitung
Your qualification
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem technischen Studiengang (Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, etc.) oder in der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftswissenschaften
- Alternativ eine Ausbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im operativen Projektmanagement sowie nachweisliche Erfolge in der Mitarbeiterführung
- Erfahrungen im Prüfstandsbetrieb sind wünschenswert
- Eine kundenorientierte und zugleich wirtschaftliche Handlungsweise sowie methodisches, lösungsorientiertes und unternehmerisches Denken
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise mit SAP
- Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten,
inklusive Konflikt- und Konsensfähigkeit - Pragmatische und gleichzeitig nachhaltige Problemlösungskultur
- Sicheres und selbstbewusstes Auftreten sowie eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
