Your tasks
- Leitung, Entwicklung und Motivation des Teams Projektmanagement, um die Projektziele und -fristen zu erreichen
- Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung (KVP) von Projektcontrolling-Standards, -verfahren und -richtlinien, um eine konsistente und effiziente Projektabwicklung sicherzustellen
- Planung, Überwachung und Kontrolle der Projektabrechnungen anhand von KPI‘s
- Sicherstellung des Budgetmanagements für die Projekte
- Kommunikation mit den relevanten Stakeholdern auf verschiedenen Ebenen, um die Projektziele und -fortschritte zu vermitteln
- Projekteinrichtung im SAP, Ablage der Angebots- und Auftragsdokumente
- Projektplanung (Mengenplanung gemäß Vorkalkulation und auf Basis von Nachkalkulationen vergleichbarer Projekte)
- Monatlicher inhaltlicher Abgleich der vereinbarten Vertragsinhalte und der real erbrachten Leistung in Zusammenarbeit mit Projektingenieuren
- Daraus monatliche Zusammenstellung der gemäß Vertragsinhalt (Angebot) abrechenbaren Leistungen
- Bei Notwendigkeit: Anforderung von Nachbeauftragungen/ Nachtragsforderung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb
- Kontrolle der Projektbewertung gemäß SAP, z.B. auf Bildung von Drohverlusten, Fehlende Kosten, EBT-Entwicklung, Trends
- Ggfs. Anpassung / Korrektur von Kostenbuchungen
- Abgleich Rechnungstellung mit erstellten Leistungsnachweise
Your qualification
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium
- Alternativ eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Controller/in (m/w/d)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (> 5 Jahre) im Projektcontrolling
- Führungserfahrung
- Bilanzierungskenntnisse gemäß HGB und Affinität zu Zahlen, Daten und Analysen
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstark, lösungsorientiert sowie unternehmerisches und ganzheitliches Denken
- Fließende Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
