Your tasks
- Verantwortung für die fachliche Führung des Bereiches Elektrik/ Service
- Planung des Personaleinsatzes in Abstimmung mit dem Teamleiter
- Koordination von externen Dienstleistern
- Verantwortung für die Behebung von Störfällen und Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebsablaufes im Fachbereich
- Mitwirkung an Optimierungs- und Kostenverbesserungsprozessen sowie Neubauprojekten in Bezug auf alle relevanten Fachbereichsthemen
- Bedarfsermittlung und Bestellung von Ersatz- und Verbrauchsmaterialien des Bereiches
- Verantwortung für den wirtschaftlichen Einsatz der verfügbaren Ressourcen im Fachbereich
- Kontrolle und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller sicherheitstechnischen Anforderungen
Your qualification
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Elektriker/ Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder zum staatlich geprüften Techniker (m/w/d) (Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Hochvolt- und Prüfstandstechnik
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft sowie eine qualitätsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
