Tasks
Du wirst in der wahrscheinlich spannendsten Zeit seit Erfindung des Automobils an der Digitalisierung dieser Branche mitwirken.
Als Product Owner Softwarelösungen (m/w/d) verkörperst Du die Produktvision und siehst dich als Bindeglied zwischen den Anforderungen unseres Kunden und unserem Entwicklerteam.
Du verstehst den Use Case des Kunden, schlägst technische Möglichkeiten der Umsetzung vor und behältst dabei die Praktikabilität und Zukunftsfähigkeit im Blick.
Du maximierst den Wert der entstehenden Lösung für den Kunden ohne dabei Zeit- und Kostenrahmen aus den Augen zu verlieren.
Du strukturierst das Backlog im engen Austausch mit dem Entwicklerteam.
Zur Erreichung Deiner Ziele greifst Du bei Bedarf auf die Unterstützung eines Sw-Architekten, Anforderungsmanager und Projektleiter zurück.
Wir arbeiten agil in verteilten Teams, praktizieren Remote Work und pflegen eine offene Kommunikationskultur.
Qualification
- Technischer Ausbildungs- oder Studienabschluss im Bereich Software, IT, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit Softwarelösungen in Prüffeldern
- Vorkenntnisse im Bereich Motorprüfstände (EOL Testing)
- Fundierte Kenntnis aktueller Technologien im Bereich Software und IT
(Server-Client-Architekturen, Netzwerke, Datenbanken, IoT, Cloud-Technologien) - Vorkenntnisse im Umgang mit CAN / CAN-Open
- Hohes Maß an Kommunikationsgeschick und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden
- Anwenderorientierte Denkweise
- Vertrautheit mit agilen Arbeitsweisen
- Vorkenntnisse im Umgang mit Confluence und Jira sind von Vorteil
