Tasks
- Du organisierst, steuerst und verantwortest als zentraler Ansprechpartner die Entwicklungsteams sowie die Projektumfänge von Komponenten von elektrischen Antriebssystemen
- Du betreust die Dir zugeteilten Bauteile (quantitativ und qualitativ) in allen Entwicklungsphasen – auch nach der Serieneinführung
- Du unterstützt proaktiv und selbstständig die Akquise-Vorgänge von fachgebietsnahen Projekten und unterstützt die Kollegen vom Vertrieb durch regelmäßige Fachpräsentationen bei den Kunden
- Du lebst die aktive Kommunikation mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern und führst Statusvorstellungen in verschiedenen Gremien durch
- Du untersuchst geometrisch die Bauräume der Komponenten mit gängigen CAD-Tools und passt Zeichnungen an
- Du behältst alle Termine auf Basis einer vorausschauenden Terminplanung im Blick – auch für Deine Stakeholder
- Du erstellst Konzepte, Analysen und Berichte als technische Dokumentation
Qualification
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Fachrichtung Fahrzeugtechnik, Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik o.ä.) oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker/Meister
- Du bringst fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Bauteilentwicklungsprozesse (Automotive) mit
- Du verfügst über einen sicheren im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Programmen
- Du hast bereits CAD-Kenntnisse, idealerweise in CATIA V5, und kannst Dich auch in neue CAD-Tools schnell einarbeiten
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Speichersystemen und deren Anwendung im Fahrzeug
- Du verfügst über folgende Sprachkenntnisse nach CEF: Deutsch auf Level C1; Englisch auf Level B2
- Du bringst eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit, Kundenorientierung, Analysestärke und teamorientiertes Handeln mit
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Erfahrung im klassischen Projektmanagement und beherrscht die etablierten Werkzeuge
