Tasks
- Du unterstützt das Projektcontrolling (Kostenverfolgung, Kapazitätsplanung, Gap-Analysen, …)
- Du erstellst Ressourcenplanungen und Projektzeitpläne und stimmst diese intern ab
- Du unterstützt die Abteilungsleitung hinsichtlich Personal- und Kapazitätsplanung sowie Auslastungssteuerung
- Du koordinierst projekt- und teamübergreifende Aufgaben
- SAP Pflege (Bestellungen, Kosten-Auswertungen), Terminorganisation und -koordination sowie die Erstellung von Präsentations- und Gesprächsunterlagen
Qualification
- Du hast eine kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung abgeschlossen
- Du hattest im besten Fall bereits erste Berührungspunkte mit technischen Dienstleistern und SAP
- Du beeindruckst durch Spaß an der Teamarbeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Du besitzt Kenntnis der gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind fließend
