Tasks
- Ensuring the compliant IT network operation (data, audio and video) of all FEV companies
- Further development of this existing IT network
- Constant market analysis
- Development of decision templates (business case)
- Capacity planning
- Develop and implement technical measures to protect against cybercrime
- manage implementation projects
- provide network related 2nd & 3rd level support (troubleshooting)
- manage network related assets and licenses
- Regular vulnerability analysis and elimination and system tests
- 1st level helpdesk training and project support
Qualification
- Successfully completed studies in informatics, engineering or a comparable qualification
- Proofen experience and excelent knowledge on enterprise level IT Network architecture, implementation and operation
- Additionally good knowledge in the following areas: IT Cloud technologies, Server & Storage technology, Microsoft Acitive Directory
- ITIL certification
- English on B2 level or better
- Affinity for systematic and self organized working
- Good understanding of agile working methods
- Structured way of working and analytical competence
- Ability to abstract and distinct communication skills
