Tasks
- Zu Deinen Aufgaben zählt der mechanische und elektrische bzw. elektronische Aufbau (Applikation von Messstellen) der Prüflinge auf DLP-Paletten Systeme in der Aufbauwerkstatt inkl. spezieller Anpassungen
- Du bringst die aufgerüsteten Prüflinge in die DLP-Prüfstände ein, schließt sie an und plausibilisierst die Messtechnik
- Du führst die mechanische Inbetriebnahme mit dem Prüfstandbetreuer durch, inklusive gegebenenfalls einer strukturierten elektrischen bzw. elektronischen Fehlersuche beim Erststart
- Auch während des Dauerlaufes kümmerst Du Dich um den Einbau und die Funktionskontrolle von Motor-, Abgas-, Indizier-, Durchflussmesstechnik, etc.
- Du beseitigst Störungen und gehst selbstständig, engagiert und systematisch auf Fehlersuche
- Du nimmst Servicearbeiten an Prüflingen im Dauerlaufbetrieb vor
Qualification
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung z.B. als Kfz-Mechaniker bzw. Mechatroniker oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Idealerweise bringst Du erste Berufserfahrungen im Prüfstandsbetrieb, im Motorenaufbau sowie im Bereich Verbrennungsmotoren mit
- Du besitz elektrische sowie Schweißkenntnisse
- Zu Deinen Charakterstärken zählen Flexibilität, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und Selbstständigkeit
- Dir ist wichtig, Dein Wissen durch permanente Weiterbildung auszubauen und die gewonnen Erfahrungen in das Team einzubringen
