YOU are someone who …
- supports the central department Human Resources in day-to-day business and projects such as onboarding and offboarding, event planning or drafting operating agreements
- supports recruiting in the preparation of contract documents, sifts through applications in the applicant management system, for example, requests additional documents and handles correspondence with the applicant
- prepares evaluations, presentations and statistics (Power Point, Excel)
- takes over general office organization and substitution tasks
YOU have …
- started a business administration degree
- knowledge in the field of HR and enthusiasm for business contexts
- an experienced handling of Microsoft Office, especially Power Point and Excel
- fluent German and English skills
- an independent and structured way of working
- enjoy working in a team
- the desire to help shape something in a new company
