Your tasks
- Du übersetzt kundenspezifische Angaben in FEV - eigene Automatisierungssysteme und passt diese für Prüfstandsuntersuchungen an Batteriespeichersystemen entsprechend an
- Du führst Inbetriebnahmen durch, in Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektingenieuren sowie daran beteiligter Personen und Kunden
- Du übernimmst die Einrichtung, Bedatung und Konfiguration von Prüfstandsautomatisierungssystemen (inklusive Testvorbereitung und -erstellung)
- Du bindest typische Prüfstandsmesssysteme in die Automatisierung und Konfiguration (z. B. CAN) ein
- Du unterstützt in den Projekten im Bereich Hard- und Software für Steuergeräte (z. B. ETAS INCA, Vector, CANalyzer, CANoe)
- Du bereitest die Applikationshardware zur Kommunikation zwischen dem Applikationsrechner und dem Batteriemanagementsystem vor
- Du begibst Dich aktive auf Fehlersuche am Prüfstand und Prüfling und führst selbstständig die Störungsbehebung durch
- Dabei achtest Du auf die Einhaltung von Test- und Sicherheitsanforderungen entsprechend internationaler Normen und Standards
Your qualification
- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium im Fachbereich Informatik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, oder alternativ über einen Hochschulabschluss der Fachrichtung Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik oder Mechatronik
- Du bringst eventuell erste Erfahrung in der Prüfstandsautomatisierung mit
- Idealerweise kennst Du Dich in Skript- und Programmiersprachen aus, z. B. C#
- Du besitzt Know-how im Bereich Kommunikation von Steuergeräten (z. B. Applikationssoftware ETAS INCA, Vector, CANalyzer, CANoe), Messtechnik und CAN-Kommunikation von Vorteil
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Produkten und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Zu Deinen Charakterstärken zählen Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft sowie eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Dich zeichnet eine qualitätsorientierte sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
