Your Tasks

  • Interpreting the Test Outline: You will be responsible for understanding and interpreting the test outlines, ensuring all required test procedures are correctly followed, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to address any uncertainties.
  • Coordinate Testing Resources: As a Battery Bench Tester (m/f/d) , you will efficiently manage and coordinate testing resources, including equipment, tools, and personnel, to ensure the smooth execution of test plans and schedules.
  • Inspection and Testing Report: You will meticulously collect and analyze data during testing, creating detailed inspection and testing reports that outline results, findings, and any potential issues encountered during the testing process.
  • Resolve Issues that Arise During the Testing Process: Should any issues arise during testing, you will proactively identify the root cause and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Ihre Qualifikation

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HV-battery bench testing within the automotive industry, preferably with a focus on VW battery systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Battery Management Systems (BMS) and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in English language (both spoken and written).
  • Analytical mindset with an ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
