... der Koordination und Durchführung der Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozesse
... der Organisation von Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen und Angelegenheiten rund um die betriebliche Berufsausbildung
... der Betreuung administrativer Themen wie der Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen, Reportings und QM-Dokumenten.
... HR-Projekten zu Themen wie Personalmarketing, Gesundheitsförderung, Mitarbeiterbindung und Personalprozesse.
