- … Planung der Versuchsaufbauten gemäß Priorisierung und Versuchsauftrag
- … Klärung technischer Fragestellungen im Rahmen der Versuchsvorbereitung – und Durchführung mit Prüffeld-Leitstand, Prüffeld-Engineering und den betreuenden Entwicklungsfachbereichen
- … Steuerung, Unterweisung und Qualifizierung der Mitarbeiter*innen
- … Überprüfung,Dokumentation und Bewertung der Arbeitsergebnisse und Abnahme der Motoren

- … Deine Kenntnisse der Prüfstandstechnik – von der Infrastruktur über die Automatisierung bis zur Kommunikation Motor-Prüfstand
- … Dein Organisationstalent in der Planung des Schichtbetriebs
- … Deine Fähigkeit im Umgang mit Menschen und in der Führung von Mitarbeiter*innen immer den richtigen Ton zu treffen
