YOUR ROLE
Du unterstützt das Team bei organisatorischen Aufgaben, pflegst Daten, erstellst Dokumente und verantwortest deinen eigenen Aufgabenbereich.
Du wirkst bei der Planung von Teamevents, Reisen und Projekten mit.
Du behältst den Überblick über Fristen, Listen sowie die digitale Ablage und unterstützt bei der Post- und Warenannahme, im Bestellwesen sowie bei Recherchen.
Du kommunizierst intern und extern mit Kunden und Lieferanten, sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch.
Du bringst dich mit Ideen ein und treibst eigene kleine Projekte voran.
YOUR PROFILE
Du bist immatrikulierte/r Student/in, idealerweise im Bereich Wirtschaft, Kommunikations-wissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studienfach.
Du bringst Erfahrung im Umgang mit Excel und Word mit, besitzt eine Affinität für Zahlen und verfügst über sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Du überzeugst uns mit Organisationstalent, Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
Du bringst Teamgeist, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz mit.
