Tasks
- Du leitest fachlich und organisatorisch Projekte/Teilprojekte mit elektrotechnischem Schwerpunkt, insbesondere elektrische Antriebsumrichter und DCDC Wandler
- Du unterstützen Deine Kollegen bereits in der Akquisition- und Angebotsphase
- Du bist federführend in der Konzeptentwicklung, erstellst technische Spezifikationen mit Deinem Wissen und der Erfahrung für Funktionen im mobilen elektrischen Antrieb
- Du bewertest Risiken und triffst Maßnahmen zur Risikoreduktion
- Du koordinierst regelmäßig technische Diskussionen mit dem Kunden und Lieferanten
- Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung von Prozeduren und Standards
- Du steuerst und koordinierst externe Partner, die dir zu deiner Unterstützung zu Verfügung stehen, in deinem Projekt
- Du trägst Budgetverantwortung in deinen Projekten
Qualification
- Du hilfst bei der Entwicklung von elektrischen Antrieben (Motor, Inverter, DCDC Wandler und/ oder relevante Software) mit
- Du hast vielleicht in der Vergangenheit Projekte/Teilprojekte im Automotive-Bereich geleitet und dabei die Rahmenbedingungen produktionsgerechter Entwicklung beachtet
- Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse von Matlab/Simulink sowie Software zur Schaltungs-simulation (z.B. LT Spice)
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität und Innovationsfähigkeit auch in herausfordernden Projektsituationen
- Du bringst ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusst-sein, sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit
- Teamarbeit in internationalen und globalen Teams sowie selbstständiges und verantwortungsvolles Handeln runden dein Profil ab
