Your tasks
- Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung mehrerer Standorte sowie unterschiedlicher Arbeitszeitmodelle, inklusive eines vollkontinuierlichen Schichtsystems
- Pflege des Zeiterfassungssystems (Nacherfassung bzw. Kontrolle)
- Verbuchung der Gehaltsdaten, inklusive des Bescheinigungs- und Meldewesens
- Abrechnung von Reisekosten
- Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs im Bereich Lohn und Gehalt
- Erstellung von Statistiken und Ad hoc- Auswertungen sowie Bescheinigungen
- Funktion als Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für Vorgesetzte, Mitarbeiter, Krankenkassen, Finanzämter sowie andere Behörden in allen lohn-, lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen
- Arbeiten im ergebnisorientierten Projektumfeld mit hoher Termintreue
Your qualification
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Büro- oder Industriekaufmann (m/w/d)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in EDV-gestützter Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung sowie Fachkenntnisse im Lohn- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Fundierte Fachkenntnisse im SAP HCM-Modul sowie Praxiserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS Office-Produkte sowie ERP-Kenntnisse
- Zuverlässigkeit sowie Teamfähigkeit, gepaart mit einer selbstständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise
