Tasks
- Du übernimmst die Konstruktion von Hochvoltspeicherbatterien, Elektromotoren, Antriebsmodulen, Umrichtern und/oder Brennstoffzellen inklusive der zugehörigen mechanischen Komponenten in Prototypen- und Serienprojekten
- Du erarbeitest konstruktive Detaillösungen
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die o. g. Baugruppen
- Du steuerst die Detailkonstrukteure, die der Baugruppe zugeordnet sind
- Du berichtest an den Teilprojektleiter Konstruktion
- Du erarbeitest neue Antriebskonzepte im Hybridbereich
- Du stimmt Dich mit Lieferanten, Kunden und internen Fachabteilungen ab
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung eines Montagehandbuchs
- Du begleitest die Prototypenmontage und deren Erprobung
- Du übernimmst die systematische Fehleranalyse und -behebung
- Du unterstützt konstruktiv während der Prototypenmontage, Inbetriebnahme, Erprobung und Rückläuferbetreuung
Qualification
- Du hast ein ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium, vorzugsweise in Maschinenbau oder Mechatronik, abgeschlossen
- Du bringst mehrjährige signifikante Berufserfahrung in der Detailkonstruktion, mindestens mittlere Bauteilkomplexität, mit
- Du hast Erfahrung in der konstruktiven Anleitung von Kollegen mit weniger Erfahrung
- Du verfügst über sehr gute CAD-Kenntnisse in CATIA V5, PTC Creo oder Siemens NX
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit zum effizienten und zielorientierten Arbeiten
- Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Kreativität, Sorgfalt und technischem Verständnis mit
- Ausgeprägte Teamorientierung, aber auch eine selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, zeichnen Dich aus
- Du verfügst über sicheres Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke
