Tasks

  • You take over the technical and business management of projects with a focus on the mechanical development of combustion engines and fuel cells within the "Products & Validation" department
  • You lead technical discussions with customers
  • You support the acquisition of mechanics projects and prepare offer presentations and calculations  
  • You develop your focus area in a dynamic technology environment by developing new processes and standards
  • You create presentations as well as publications and speeches
     

Qualification

  • You have a diploma/master degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable degree - ideally with a doctorate in the field of engine mechanics
  • You have a sound knowledge of mechanical development and the validation of components
  • You have extensive professional experience in the management of automotive development projects and personnel management
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • You are characterized by a high degree of flexibility, commitment and resilience and are open to new topics
  • You are a team player, but also have an independent and autonomous way of working
  • You are self-confident when giving presentations in front of customers and experts
