Tasks
- Du übernimmst die technische und betriebswirtschaftliche Leitung von Projekten mit dem Schwerpunkt Mechanikentwicklung von Verbrennungsmotoren und Brennstoffzellen innerhalb der Abteilung "Products & Validation"
- Du führst technische Diskussionen mit Kunden
- Du unterstützt bei der Akquise von Mechanik-Projekten und erstellst Angebotspräsentationen und Kalkulationen
- Du entwickelst dein Themengebiet innovativ in einem dynamischen Technologieumfeld weiter indem du neue Prozesse und Standards erarbeitest
- Du erstellst Präsentationen sowie Veröffentlichungen und Vorträge
Qualification
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Diplom/Master Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau bzw. vergleichbaren Abschluss - idealerweise mit einer Promotion auf dem Themengebiet der Motormechanik
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse der Mechanikentwicklung und Absicherung von Bauteilen mit
- Du bringst umfangreiche Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von automobilen Entwicklungsprojekten und der Personalführung mit
- Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind fließend (C1)
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit aus und bist offen für neue Themenfelder
- Du bist teamfähig, aber verfügst auch über eine selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Du trittst bei Präsentationen vor Kunden und Fachleuten selbstbewusst auf
