Tasks
- Du arbeitest im internationalen Beteiligungscontrolling und Business Unit Controlling
- Du erstellst und analysierst Budgets, Forecasts, Monatsreports und Ad-hoc Anfragen
- Du führst monatliche Management Meetings durch
- Du arbeitest an der Transformation und Weiterentwicklung des internen Management Reportings in die neuesten SAP Tools (S/4 HANA, AFO, SAC...) zur Digitalisierung der Controllingprozesse innerhalb der FEV Gruppe mit
- Du definierst, implementierst und analysierst KPIs als Basis für die strategische und operative Steuerung
- Du bist für die Durchführung, Beratung und Unterstützung bei Unternehmensplanungen aller FEV Gesellschaften (inkl. Handlungsempfehlungen, Sparringspartner für das Management weltweit) zuständig
- Du beschäftigst dich mit Gremienarbeit (u.a. Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Gesellschafterversammlungen)
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich an operativen/strategischen Aufgaben/Projekten
Qualification
- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Finance, Controlling, BWL oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Controlling, im Managementreporting oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung/Beratung
- Du besitzt detaillierte Kenntnisse in MS-Office, BI sowie Planungs- und Konsolidierungstools, wünschenswert ist ebenfalls SAP Erfahrung
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du hast sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
- Dich zeichnen teamfähigkeit und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus
- Du bist eine offene, kommunikative und international ausgerichtete Persönlichkeit
- Du hast Freude an der Digitalisierung und möchtest Teil davon sein
